Sick Team や仙人掌、Green Butter ら多数のアーティストの作品への参加や、BudaMunk x Takumi Kaneko（cro-magnon）x mimismooth 名義でリリースした『First Jam Magic』などで広くその名が知られているシンガー、mimismooth。山口県岩国市を拠点に活動し、Jazzy Sport からリリースしたアルバム『Enough Said』や DJ Mitsu The Beats と共作した『BEATS OF THE MONTH SPECIAL』などでも知られるビートメイカー、1Co.INR。この両者のコラボレーションによる『彼女と海』が待望となる完全限定生産のカセットテープでリリース！mimismooth が 1Co.INR の地元である岩国のスタジオを訪れたことがきっかけとなって実現した本作は、パロサントの香りや霧深い瀬戸内海の春の景色を胸に、二人にしか出せない海練を伴って誕生した楽曲が揃う。デジタル未解禁の新曲2曲と全曲のインストゥルメンタルを収録！

mimismooth is a singer widely recognized for her contributions to works by numerous artists—including Sick Team, Senninsho, and Green Butter—as well as for the release of *First Jam Magic* under the collaborative moniker BudaMunk x Takumi Kaneko (cro-magnon) x mimismooth. 1Co.INR is a beatmaker based in Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, known for projects such as the album *Enough Said* (released via Jazzy Sport) and the collaborative *BEATS OF THE MONTH SPECIAL* with DJ Mitsu The Beats. Now, the two have joined forces to release *Kanojo to Umi* (Her and the Sea)—a highly anticipated, strictly limited-edition cassette tape. Born from a session that took place when mimismooth visited 1Co.INR’s home turf in Iwakuni, the tracks on this release capture a unique seaside vibe—evoking the scent of palo santo and the misty spring scenery of the Seto Inland Sea—that only this duo could create. The release includes two brand-new songs (unavailable digitally) alongside instrumental versions of every track.
