A Room With A View, Without You【TAPE】- LAST CEREMONY

2022年に設立された、インドネシア発のヴェイパー･ウェイヴ系インディー･レーベル Enterprise Records 作品をまとめて入荷いたしました。本作を手掛けたのは、イギリスを拠点に活動するギタリスト/電子音楽プロデューサー Simon Vince によるソロ･プロジェクト LAST CEREMONY。タイトルからも想像できるように、大都会のホテルの高層階から美しい夜景や夕暮れを眺めながらも、そこに愛する人はもういないという孤独感や不在の美学を表現したアルバムとなっており、どこか切なく、夢の中にいるような浮遊感のあるエフェクトや音響デザインが施された、ヴェイパー･ウェイヴのルーツであるヒプナゴジック･ポップ･チューン全10曲を収録しております。

We have stocked a collection of releases from Enterprise Records, an Indonesian indie label specializing in vaporwave, established in 2022. This particular album is the work of LAST CEREMONY, the solo project of UK-based guitarist and electronic music producer Simon Vince. As the title suggests, the album captures the aesthetics of absence and the loneliness of gazing at a beautiful sunset or nightscape from a high-rise hotel room—knowing that a loved one is no longer there. It features ten tracks rooted in hypnagogic pop—a precursor to vaporwave—characterized by a poignant, dreamlike atmosphere created through distinctive sound design and floating effects.
