Jazz Playaz, the US-based beatmaker collective that fuses jazzy hip-hop and vaporwave, and whose members include Professor Creepshow, the head of SIC Records, has released a 16-track beat album in May 2025! This album is themed around "memories of the retro CRT television era," and is packed with the essence of smooth jazz/R&B/hip-hop, showcasing mellow, retro instrumental beats that they call "player wave." As the title suggests, this is an album that will immerse you in nostalgia, like zapping through TV channels late at night, picking up old programs and music!
