The trio consists of Richard Greenan (SWIMS co-founder, Kit Records founder, and multi-instrumentalist), Violeta Garcia (Buenos Aires-based cellist and experimental musician), and Galina Juritz (South African violinist and composer). Created during Garcia’s artist residency in London in 2022, the album features a stripped-back instrumentation of violin, cello, electric bass, and analog synthesizer, with every track recorded in a single take—completely free of overdubs. Unbound by written scores, the musicians engage in a free-flowing performance that feels like a gentle, intimate conversation.
