This is the second studio album by the legendary British rock band Led Zeppelin, released in October 1969. Released just nine months after their debut, this album was recorded in fragments in multiple studios in the UK and North America between hectic tours. Despite this, it is known as a masterpiece that established the hard rock style with its heavy sound, and it is a historic work that reached number one on both the UK and US charts, surpassing The Beatles, who dominated the charts at the time.
