タイトルの “Memory Card” は、初代PlayStationの8MBメモリーカードから着想。リッジレーサー、起動音、ロード画面、粗いポリゴン、ネオンの夜景、セーブデータの記憶──そんな90年代後半のゲーム体験をそのままサンプリングしたような世界観が広がる🕹️

これまでのローファイ・ヒップホップ路線から一歩踏み込み、今作ではディープハウスやアシッドハウスなど4つ打ちの要素を導入。深夜のゲームセンターや、ブラウン管越しの未来感を思わせる、没入感のある異色作 🎮

The third installment in the 'Memory Card' series by Professor Creepshow, head of SIC Records, has arrived. Also a member of the US-based beat collective Jazz Playaz, he is known for his unique vaporwave approach that samples retro video games and 90s culture. This work is based on his signature nostalgic grooves and futuristic vaporwave sounds, but it is a departure from his previous hip-hop-centric style, incorporating deep house and acid house in a unique way!
