現代のUKダンス･ミュージックおよびエレクトロニック･シーンの最前線を走る、ウェールズ出身の兄 Tom Russel（Truss名義）と弟 Ed Russel（Tessela名義）による兄弟デュオ Overmono が、2026年8月に名門 XL Recordings からリリースしたセカンド･アルバムのテープ･エディションをストック！本作は彼らがライブ･セットを再構築する試みとして2024年に始動したプロジェクト Pure Devotion が元になっており、グラストンベリーでのステージや日本公演を含む世界ツアーを経てその熱狂と自信がそのまま詰め込まれた、これまでで最も野心的で実験的な作品。リード･シングルの"Lockup"(A1)ではポスト･パンクの精神から影響を受け、カルト･バンド Fast Relief の"What A Waste"をサンプリングし、レイヴ･トラックの核として見事に再構築しております。さらに英国の著名詩人 John Joseph Holt、米国のシンガー Kindora、Paul Institute の Ruthven といった感情豊かなゲスト･ヴォーカルたちも参加！

We are stocking the cassette edition of the second album from Overmono—the Welsh sibling duo of Tom Russel (recording as Truss) and Ed Russel (as Tessela), who are at the forefront of the contemporary UK dance and electronic music scene. This album grew out of "Pure Devotion," a project launched in 2024 to reimagine their live sets; it captures the raw energy and confidence gained from a world tour—including performances at Glastonbury and in Japan—making it their most ambitious and experimental work to date. The lead single "Lockup" (A1) draws on the spirit of post-punk, sampling the cult band Fast Relief's "What A Waste" and brilliantly reconstructing it as the core of a rave track. The album also features emotionally rich guest vocals from renowned British poet John Joseph Holt, US singer Kindora, and Ruthven of the Paul Institute.
