RAMPS is a duo featuring Taichi Nakura—former vocalist of the iconic Japanese noise-hardcore band ENDON—and the sound artist MATERIAL, known for his work in the industrial duo CARRE and the project QUEER NATIONS. This release is a live cassette tape capturing their debut performance in its entirety, recorded at the event "ATROCITY EXHIBITION" held at Namba Bears in Osaka on October 18, 2025. The recording spans approximately 30 minutes of high-tension sound, blending Nakura’s raw, visceral vocal delivery with the intricate yet destructive noise-electronics crafted by MATERIAL. With the impulsive energy unique to a one-off debut performance, perfectly complemented by the distinct texture and distortion inherent to the analog cassette format, this is a must-have collector’s item for fans of noise and avant-garde music!
