香川県を拠点に国内外のレーベルからリリースを重ねるサウンド･アーティスト/プロデューサー OOWETS が、台湾発の Kind of Blue から2026年1月にリリースしたミニ･アルバムが到着いたしました。穏やかな季節の流れを描いた6曲が収録された本作。これまでの作品で見られたローファイ･ビート寄りのアプローチと比べると、特にアンビエントな要素が強めな構成となっており、水/木/石/鐘などの自然音に、ピアノやシンセサイザーの静謐な旋律が重なり、聞いているだけで深呼吸したくなるような心地よさに包まれること間違いなしな仕上がり。1人でゆったり過ごしている時や、読書、瞑想、作業用 BGM として最適な作品です。

We have received a mini-album released in January 2026 by OOWETS—a sound artist and producer based in Kagawa Prefecture with a track record of releases on both domestic and international labels—via the Taiwan-based imprint Kind of Blue. The album features six tracks that capture the gentle passage of the seasons. Compared to the artist's previous works, which leaned toward lo-fi beats, this release places a stronger emphasis on ambient elements; the serene melodies of piano and synthesizer intertwine with natural sounds—such as water, wood, stone, and bells—creating a soothing atmosphere that naturally invites the listener to take a deep breath. It is the perfect accompaniment for quiet moments of solitude, reading, meditation, or as background music while working.
