Staying: Leaving Records Aid to Artists Impacted by the Los Angeles Wildfires【TAPE】-V.A

LAの老舗オールジャンルレーベル「Leaving Records」がLAで発生した大規模な山火事による被災者を支援するコンピレーションアルバム『Staying』が3本組カセットでリリース。人々の生活だけでなく、Madlibの邸宅をはじめとした様々な芸術・文化的アーカイブをも焼失した今回の災害。そんな災害に対する再建や平穏に思いを込め、「Leaving」ゆかりのアーティスト（Laraaji, Sam Wilkes, Total Blue, Julia Holterなど）が多数参加しています。収益の全額が被災者に直接寄付され、50%がアーティストに、残り半分が被災した黒人たちの離散家族、コミュニティーに公平に割り当てられるそうです。

Leaving Records, a long-established all-genre label in LA, has released “Staying,” a compilation album on three cassettes in support of the victims of the massive wildfires in LA. This disaster destroyed not only people's lives, but also various artistic and cultural archives, including Madlib's mansion. Many artists associated with “Leaving” (Laraaji, Sam Wilkes, Total Blue, Julia Holter, etc.) have participated in the project to express their thoughts on rebuilding and peace in the face of such a disaster. All proceeds will be donated directly to the victims, with 50% going to the artists and the other half to the displaced families and communities of blacks affected by the disaster.
