ULTIMA【TAPE】- NF Zessho

The latest work "ULTIMA" by NF Zessho—who is a member of the hip-hop collectives "Oll Korrect" and "AWOL CARTEL," handles everything from rapping and beatmaking to engineering with great versatility, and continues to release fantastic works to the world—is now being released on cassette tape from "ODD TAPE LABEL," a label within ODD TAPE!!

This release is the first substantial body of work since the 2021 album Phytoplankton. With the exception of Cicada3301, which features beats by Yoshinuma of Oll Korrect, all tracks are produced by NF Zessho himself. Placing a strong emphasis on his own rapping, this release features no guest artists, allowing listeners to fully enjoy his rich and weighty vocal delivery. Musically, it reflects various influences such as the chopped and screwed techniques often found in Southern hip-hop and contemporary boom bap textures, while brilliantly packaging the distinct style of NF Zessho in both the rap and beats, serving as a work that captures his current artistic standing.
