“Uncleared,” the new 29-track instrumental beat tape by Matthewdavid—owner of Leaving Records and a versatile artist active in beatmaking, mastering, and more—has arrived! 🎶

This project began as a return to beatmaking—Matthewdavid’s roots—and is a masterpiece collection that showcases his talent, featuring beats ranging from boombap to dance music, created by sampling and chopping various sound sources from R&B, hip-hop, and jazz. The tracks flow seamlessly together like a DJ mix, and the diverse beats that come one after another are all high-quality and a real treat to listen to. The artwork was created by illustrator and rapper Maurice McCrimmon and Andrew CS, who has released numerous tracks on Leaving Records!
